- Licensed in the state of Illinois and California (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LP) or awaiting licensure or graduation (Master's Degree level minimum)
- Experience or interest in working with individuals, couples, and families.
- Respectful of diverse client populations
- Compliance with and knowledge of HIPAA and ethical guidelines
- Able to implement and follow through with practice systems and guidelines
- Collaborative, self-starter, organized, and professional
- Able to effectively communicate, receive constructive feedback, and work autonomously
- Multilingual (optional but a plus)
- Personal computer with reliable home internet

- Grow and maintain a caseload of min 25 clinical contact hours per week (full-time position)
- Provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families
- Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and billing documents in a timely manner
- Maintain professional and ethical requirements for licensure
- Contact and schedule clients timely and professionally
- Actively pursue further training to refine and enhance clinical skills and knowledge

- W-2 status with market competitive flat rate per hour fee structure based on licensure level (the practice contributes to taxes and workman’s comp)
- Sign-on bonus based on position
