A phone consultation is the first step before starting therapy at Sol Psychology. The consultation is a brief 15 minute conversation. Throughout the call, our team will ask you questions about yourself to get to know you and gain an understanding of what you need and are looking for. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to get to know your therapist and ask questions to make sure the therapist-client relationship feels like a good fit to you. The call will give you clarity on next steps, fees, and provide a roadmap for your therapy journey. If after the conversation, both you and our team decide this is a good fit— you will get scheduled for your first session.
